3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations can be made via the My Trips section on our platform.

Refund policies depend on the service provider and will be visible at the time of booking.

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to the provider’s terms.

4. Platform Usage

Users must provide accurate information when making a booking.

Misuse of the platform, including fake bookings or fraudulent reviews, is strictly prohibited.

5. Reviews & Ratings

Customers can leave a review via the Leave a Review button, which redirects to Google Reviews.

Reviews must be honest and must not contain inappropriate or misleading content.

6. Support & Reporting Issues

For inquiries or assistance, users can contact support through the Contact Support section.

Users can report any issues or violations using the Report an Issue feature.
