Cancellations must be made through the My Trips section of our platform.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific terms set by the tour provider. Please review the cancellation policy before booking.

5. Reviews & Feedback

Users can leave reviews through the Leave a Review button, which directs to Google Reviews.

All reviews must be truthful and comply with our content guidelines.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to misuse the platform, including fraudulent bookings or inappropriate content.

Any violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trip Albania acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by tour operators.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from third-party services.
